SHOPPING
A : Select the item you wish to purchase, choose your preferred size and click the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button. After which, the item will be added to your Shopping Bag, which can be found on the top right corner. You may wish to continue shopping, or if you’d like to complete your purchase, click on ‘CHECKOUT’ at the Shopping Bag and you’ll be directed to the checkout page.
A : Yes, you’ll have to register an account upon making a purchase. Registering an account with us enables you to seamlessly check out and refer to past order history!
A : We’re sorry that you’re not able to get hold of the item you want. If you’d like to be notified on the product’s availability, head over to the individual product page, select your preferred size and click on "JOIN WAITING LIST" and leave your email down in the field. Do keep a lookout, as there may be chances of items becoming available again via backorder or restocks!
A : A backorder item allows you to purchase a sold out item ahead of production. This guarantees you a piece when it becomes available at a later date. Backorders will usually arrive approximately 2 months from the date of the backorder launch. You may refer to the backorder status under the respective product listing(s). Backorders do not close unless all slots are filled (sold out). If there is demand, a second backorder might open.
A : We’re sincerely sorry for not getting your order right!
If you have any problems regarding your order - such as damaged items or incorrect items received, please email us directly at heythere@blairwears.com within 14 working days from receiving date and we’ll promptly rectify the error. Do remember to include your name, order number and attach photos of the defective/incorrect item(s) along with a description of the error in the email and we’ll further advise.
PAYMENT
A : Blair Wears currently accepts all major credit cards, which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as bank transfers.
A : Kindly make the bank transfer and update your transfer within 2 hours. Failure to update the payment details will result in the order being automatically cancelled by the system.
A : Since we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make any amendments or cancel any orders after confirmation. We strongly encourage that you check all orders and information are accurate before checking out.
LOCAL SHIPPING
A : Blair Wears ships locally via J&T Express. We offer complimentary Standard Courier for all Singapore orders. Our Standard Courier is a doorstep delivery which takes 1 to 3 days to reach you and allows you to track your parcels with an ease of mind. Deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday between 9AM to 10PM.
Blair Wears also offers Express Courier (Next Day Delivery) for all Singapore orders. Deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday between 9AM to 10PM. Kindly take note that orders placed before 1PM on a weekday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered the next day. For orders placed after 1PM on a weekday (excluding public holidays), parcels will be delivered the following day. Kindly note that the delivery timeframe for Express Courier is subjected to peak periods. For more information on shipping, please click here.
A : All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process after successful payments. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
A : A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched. An SMS will also be sent to you by the courier company to inform the parcel is on its way. To track your parcels, please click here.
A : Yes! The delivery hours of J&T Express are Monday to Sunday 9AM to 10PM.
A : Unfortunately, no. J&T does not offer time-definite delivery services at this point.
A : Upon delivery, the driver from J&T Express will try to contact you through your mobile number. If no one is at home and if permission is granted, the driver will leave the parcel at the a safe place as per your instructions. If the customer is unreachable, the parcel will be brought back to their sorting hub, pending rescheduling of the next delivery attempt.
A : There will be up to 3 free delivery attempts for every scheduled parcel. After 3 failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery charge will apply on the the fourth attempt and the charges will be advised accordingly. Kindly provide us with the accurate information to avoid any error in delivery.
A : You may track the status of your parcel via here using the tracking number that was sent to your email. If you’re still unable to track your parcel, please email us at heythere@blairwears.com with your order number and we’ll gladly assist you!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A : Yes we do! Blair Wears ships internationally using J&T Express. For assurance and security, all orders allow you to track your parcel. For more information on international shipping, please click here.
A : All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process after successful payments. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
A : All international orders will take about 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach you, depending on individual destination. Due to the Covid-19 situation, please anticipate slight delays in the arrival of your order.

A : In the event whereby inaccurate shipping address was given and a parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be charged. The re-delivery fee will be advised accordingly.
Please always ensure that you have provided the accurate shipping address before confirming your order and as much as possible, please ensure that someone is there to receive the parcel.

GENERAL RETURNS
A : Definitely! Blair Wears understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for all items except items on sale or orders placed using promotional codes or store credits. Kindly drop us an email at heythere@blairwears.com before you proceed to do a return. You may return your item(s) to us for store credits or request for a size exchange.
Returns must be done within 14 days from receiving date, together with a Returns Form printout. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Blair Wears care bag. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected, and the customer will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.
Do note that delivery fees incurred for shipping the return item(s) back to us will not be reimbursed, and a shipping/handling fee of SGD 3.00 will apply to process each return.
We hope to seek your kind understanding that Blair Wears do not allow cash refunds for any returns, under any circumstances.
A : Kindly drop us a email at heythere@blairwears.com with your name and order ID to inform us that you would like to return an item. We will then advise you on the steps on how to return your item. Returns and exchanges are only accepted after we have attended to your email.
A : You’re required to cover the postage costs to send the return item(s) back to us. In addition, a handling fee of SGD 3.00 will be payable to process a return.
A : Yes, you may. Do take note that we're operating by appointment basis only, so a booking has to be made in advance to return your item at The Blair Room!
A : Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the day we receive your parcel.
STORE CREDITS
A : For customers who opt for a store credit refund, you will be refunded with a store credit of 3 months validity after we have processed your return. All store credits are tagged to your account, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset your online purchases.
A : Yes, you can!
A : No, you do not need to use your store credit in a single transaction! You may indicate the amount you wish to utilise during checkout. Any remaining store credit balance will be brought forward to the next order.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
A : Promotional codes have to be manually keyed in by you at checkout in the discount code box. We hope to seek your kind understanding that no refunds will be made for orders where Promotional Codes are not entered at point of purchase.
A : As part of our Terms and Conditions, we regret to inform you that orders placed using a promotional codes are not eligible for returns.
A : Promotional Codes usually have an expiration date and this will be informed accordingly. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the discount will be forfeited. We regret to inform you that promotional codes are strictly non-extendable.

A : All apparels purchased from Blair Wears are advised to be handwashed in cold water to maintain their shape and quality.
Here are some dos and don’ts when it comes to laundry and apparel care.
Dos:
- Turn your garment inside out before washing.
- Separate your laundry into groups of similar colours: whites, darks and colours.
- Always rinse your item in cold water before wearing to prevent any colour runs from the fabrics.
- Use low heat when ironing on delicate materials such as lace, chiffon, polyester and viscose.
Don’ts:
- Do not soak
- Do not use strong washing agents and detergents
- Do not use bleach
- Do not use spin and tumble dry function
- Do not carry light coloured leather products when wearing dark apparels to prevent any colour transfer.
- Avoid machine wash in non-cold water
