Returns And Exchange

 

GENERAL RETURNS

Blair Wears understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. Returns for change of mind are valid for our merchandise, except for items on sale or orders placed using promotional codes, E-vouchers or store credits. Please note that only one time return is allowed for all orders and we only do exchanges in the form of a store credit with 3 months validity from the date of issue. The store credit amount refunded will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned items.

 

For general returns, kindly follow the below steps:

1) Proceed to 'ORDER HISTORY' under 'MY ACCOUNT'.

2) Raise a 'Return Request' under the respective Order ID for the item/(s) you would like to return.

3) Fill in all the fields in the Return Request Form.

4) Before clicking 'SEND', download, print and fill up all the respective fields on the physical Returns Form, and slot it into your return parcel!

 

All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Blair Wears care bag. Items that do not fulfill these criterias will be duly rejected, and the customer will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.

 

Returns Form should be included in the parcel, and all fields have to be filled up respectively. You may download the Returns Form here.

 

All return parcels should be mailed out within 7 business days from receiving date, via a traceable mode of delivery. Delivery fees for shipping the return parcels back to us will not be refunded. Blair Wears regret to inform you that we will not be able to process with any returns if the parcel fails to reach us, and we are not liable for any lost parcels via normal mail.

 

Blair Wears will not be liable should the customer purchase our merchandise from any third party and we will not accede to any request for exchange. We regret to inform you that we do not allow cash refunds for any returns, under any circumstances. Blair Wears reserve the right to reject any unsuitable returns.

 

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG ITEMS SENT

A merchandise is considered defective if there is a serious manufacturing fault or if the item is vastly different from how it is portrayed in our website. As every item is manufactured by hand, there may be potential risk of human error and there may be a 0.2-0.8 inch difference in measurements provided. In addition, due to different monitor settings, there may be slight discrepancy in colour or print in the photos and the items received. In both cases, these differences do not account as defects. 

 

If it is a valid defect or incorrect item sent to you, we truly apologize for this oversight on our end and will promptly rectify this error. For defective return(s)/incorrect item(s), please email us directly at heythere@blairwears.com within 7 working days from receiving date.

 

Kindly follow the below steps to alert us, before further advice on return procedure. Please do not send the items back on your own.

1)   Email us photos of the defect or incorrect item

2)   State your name, order number and description of the error

 

Should there be a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned defective/incorrect item. However, in the event where the item is out of stock, a store credit with no expiration date will be issued. A reimbursement of the postage amount paid by the customer will be refunded together via store credits.
